I have been following my friend Cindy LaJoy's amazing Kazakhstan adoption journey for years now, and prayed and prayed she would get her daughters Angela and Olesya home soon, and so her blog today just made me sit here and cry - but happy tears, not sad ones. After an initially rocky start to their adoption, because Angela, age 11, was fearful of being adopted, things are now OK. Cindy's had some really hard things to deal with in these past few weeks, but she has done it, and my admiration for her and her family is boundless. Faith moves mountains.
Cindy's 3 boys have showed remarkable maturity, courage, and love in welcoming their new sisters into the family. It's just beautiful.
I believe God's love and power are amazing, and in order to understand them, you have to let go, and listen. You have to listen with your heart.
I believe in miracles.
God Bless you Lajoys!!
