This has been a stellar day. I had a job interview this morning at 10:30 and before noon I was offered the job. I accepted the offer and I start next week

Yay to the 10th power!!
I don't blog about jobs or finances too much but let me just say this: I REALLY needed this job! It's working for Fran Cullen. She defends licensed professionals [doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.] who have issues with their licenses. It's an area of law I don't know much about, but I am happy to learn more.
She doesn't need someone full-time right now, which is fine by me. I wanted part-time so I could continue to write for other attorneys, work for my friend Kristy, and work on my own writing projects.
The commute won't be too bad - 20-30 minutes. Free parking! In midtown Atlanta, that's huge.
Plus, and this is DOUBLE HUGE, I actually liked her. It was the most pleasant job interview I've ever had.
Prayers were definitely answered!
Mike is off on spring break next week so I am only going to work two days, which is great. I will still have some time to see friends and do stuff around here. The week of the 14th will be my first regular week.
Now that I won't have to spend hours every day sending out resumes, regular life can return! My house is already cleaner.
Mostly, the cloud of worry I've been under for months is lifted.
Thanks be to GOD.
