My birthday was excellent. Several friends came by and visited with me, and we had crock pot barbeque, tex mex dip, deviled eggs, and an incredible peanut butter pie.
Of course, food is important to any celebration.
Mom gave me a new phone for my birthday, a Samsung 7 and it takes awesome photos. Below are a few examples.

One thing I really appreciate about being older is the ability to just stay home and relax, and not deal with crowds of people. Mike and some of his friends went to Stone Mountain and had a great time, and saw a spectacular fireworks display, but I have no interest in fireworks any more.
